3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Choreography Ownership: The choreography created by Dance Team By Vickky is the intellectual property of Dance Team By Vickky and shall not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside of the agreed-upon event without written consent.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the choreography services, any prepaid fees are non-refundable, and additional cancellation fees may apply as specified in the contract.

4.2 Cancellation by Dance Team By Vickky: In the unlikely event that Dance Team By Vickky cancels choreography services, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be issued to the client.

5. Liability

5.1 Performance: Dance Team By Vickky will make every effort to perform choreography services to the best of their ability. However, Dance Team By Vickky shall not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the performance.

5.2 Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Dance Team By Vickky harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the choreography services.
